In 2019, I left Bihar and moved to Berlin, Germany to pursue higher education. While living abroad, I realized that the richness of Indian flavors — especially from Bihar — was underrepresented on the global stage. That sparked a vision:
To build a brand from Bihar that meets world-class standards in quality, taste, and trust.
